Jason and his team are honest, professional insurance agents. We purchased our first policy 3 years ago when we moved here. Jason listened to our needs and I was able to purchase adequate coverage at a competitive price point for our home. When our auto needs came up for renewal we added our cars and our travel trailer. Since then we have had 3 auto claims including one total loss. In all instances the Janus Team was quick to respond - helped us navigate the claims process, and even met us at the rental agency to make sure we got a car - certainly above and beyond when it comes to service.
I just found out that I don't have renter's insurance after I was told that I did have insurance. Carmen told me that me info wasn't in their computer system but they found it some paperwork that never got filed. Apparently, or at least I am told, that my former insurance agent let my stuff drop between the cracks. But what is horrible is that no one from this agency never tried fixing this or even getting in touch with me. And now that it's a issue for me they are washing their hands. They are doing nothing to make this right but leaving me in the wind. Carmen actually said she hopes that they don't lose me as a customer. LOL. Guess what you have.
