I walked in with a broken window. It could not be fixed there. Instead of turning me away they took the time to call a local business owner and sent me direct. Saved me money and so much time driving around. All because they stopped to listen to exactly what it was I needed. That kind of service can not be bought these days. It resonates from somewhere deep inside a person and a business. THANK YOU.
This was the most friendly, helpful service I have ever had! I got a flat tube on my mountain bike during a ride, so I stopped by and not only did they sell me a new tube, they also helped me replace the tube, do some adjustments with their allan wrench, and use their air compressor to pump it up! If it weren't for the awesome people at Williamston True Value, I would have had to call someone to come pick me up. And they wouldn't even accept a tip!
Horrible
One of the best hardware stores around, still has that old-time feel, and you get what you need much faster than the big box stores.
I have two favorite hardware stores now. This is one of them. The people make the experience so much better.
